How does the guarantee actually work?

You book at least twenty new cash patients in your first ninety days, above the baseline you already had. If you do not, we keep working every month after at no cost until you do. It is measured by one report you pull from your own booking system on day zero and again on day ninety. Your numbers, not ours. There is nothing to dispute.

What does "above baseline" mean?

On day zero you export one report: new patients in the last ninety days. That number is your starting line. On day ninety you pull the same report. The promise is the lift above where you started, not the total. If you began at sixty and finished at eighty-two, that is twenty-two net new and the guarantee is met.

What if I do not have a booking system?

Accepted Answer

Then this is not for you yet, and we will tell you that straight in the review. The guarantee is measured through your system, so one has to be running. If you are on Boulevard, Mindbody, Vagaro, ClinicSense, Square Appointments, or AestheticsPro, you are set.

What happens after I apply?

You answer a short application. We read it within twenty-four hours. If we are a fit, you get the full pricing and a private checkout link. You check out, a private Slack channel opens, the onboarding form fires, and the build starts. The whole thing is async. No calls unless you ask for one.

What does it cost?

The price is shared after we confirm we are a fit during the application review. We are founder-priced for the first ten clients and that rate is locked for life. We hold the number back on purpose, because it only makes sense next to the guarantee it comes with, and that conversation belongs after we know you qualify.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The standard month-to-month path has no long lock-in. And if the guarantee is still in progress, we keep working for free until it clears, which is the opposite of a trap. The only commitment is the annual prepay path, which exists for owners who want the setup waived, and it is explained in full before you pay anything.
